God I would kick ass at making games.

  2. New Mario Kart commercial for japan, it's pretty good. no gameplay footage, but it's pretty cool. it also comes with the making of.

the second file is pretty funny too cause it ends with a picture of some small buff japanese dude.

  3. Yeah, I really don't care for Wario and Waluigi that much either. I can at least stand Wario though.

I don't much like Waluigi at this point in time, because he has no point whatsoever. Wario was always made with a point, and has no evolved into his own character.

This will be Waluigi's 3rd? appearence in a game, and nobody knows anything, other than he's Luigi's evil twin. I'd love it if he appeared in Mario and Luigi, and was fleshed out a bit more.

By "fleshed out a bit more" you DO mean "thrown into a wheat-thresher and forgotten about," right?

Larry Koopa should beat him to death with a pair of pliers, if that doesn't work.

  6. I realize Wario has a point... doesn't mean I have to like him though.

I'm shocked that Thray hasn't been on here gushing...I have to say two player coop on one kart is awesome. No gimmick. The first person on the team who picks a character is the default driver, though it's possible to switch driver/shotgun at any point during a race - both players just have to hit Z together. In practice though, it's easier to stay in your relative positions. If the driver has an item and the passenger doesn't, you can pass it back to the gunner. As for powersliding you both need to waggle the stick (actually, I think the driver doesn't HAVE to waggle while in the slide, but the gunner definitely does) while in the powerslide, but the thing is, you can get the boost much, much faster this way than you can in single player. So if you've got two people who know what they're doing, it gives you a marked advantage.

  9. meh I'm getting it for my little sisters seeing how i haven't finished any of the 7 dozen games i've bought in the recent months. Oh except Soul Calibur, that shit's done with.
