Well, in the comics, Ivy pretty much saved Harley's life after the earthquake during the No Man's Land story arc, basically healing and improving Harl with her botanic genius.

I kinda like Harley as a regular person in the Paul Dini stories than as a super-powered chick in the standard DC canon.

I thought that everyone knew that he was one of the worst villans because he allways:
1) has to fight Batman fist to fist.
2) never has any villan type plans to use against Batman. You could replace him with Killer Croc and almost have the same effect.

When Superman is a villan, he is usualy someones hired muscle. Otherwise, he still has no further ambition in a confrontation against Batman other than beating his face in with his meaty fists.

As such, Superman allways gets his nutz D.P.'ed cause Batman is smarter. And plays dirty.
And with that probably unnecissary explanation out of the way, I slink back into the all concealing shad-ows.

Yea, if this was the hottest villain i think everyone but her are ruled out...The Penguin was pretty smart, seeing how he couldn't resort to brute strength he relied more on wits, which is the complete opposite of the Joker.
