    I would pick Bioware so far. My logic is that whoever develops the GOTY is the DOTY. Makes sense it does.

    It was slated for Q4 2003 here, but looks to have been pushed back a couple months.

    They could just be waiting I guess... Wario World still isn't out in japan yet, but that's still on the release list for 2004. But then, that always was on the release lists. Konami of Japan has yet to say a whisper about Gradius V. Suspiciously absent form TGS, also.
