I found it kinda interesting they allow you to turn the cel-shading off which just makes the character models ugliness stand out but whatever.I didn't like how the enemies would just appear as opposed to coming from off the screen and the camera can potentially get wonked if you go to certain areas.
The games pretty fun but it felt like I'd played all the game had to offer in that demo. It was fun but I wouldn't pay more than $25 for the game. Hardcore renter.
Seemed a little too easy to me; until you got to the bosses, who were fucking hard to kill without dying.
Felt like I could go through the entire demo power attacking and never even getting hit.
Also, the camera is damn ugly, ESPECIALLY on that last boss in the demo.
Things I found interesting:
Running in circles creates a cat-chasing-its-tail effect against the Mouser boss and makes you essentially invincible.
Constantly double-jumping and kicking like a madman against the junkyard boss deals more damage then using the horrendous aim for launching barrels at it and means you'll rarely get hit.
Pizza shops only store pizza on their awning roof.
It was decent but I don't think I'd want to play the whole thing, at least alone. I got bored of that first level about halfway through.
Meh, pretty crummy. It doesn't have the solid gameplay (TMNT4 for the SNES) or the chaos (TMNT for the arcade) that made the originals so great.
