I LOVE SnS2. More varied, and overall better game with a whole bunch of extras. Psyvariar 2 reminds me of a bare bones port of Ikaruga. Very skill based game, hard as all fuck but fun. Requires time.Originally Posted by Baron

If you like Cave games, get SnS2, if yer more into Ikaruga get Psyvariar2.

if you have a US PS2 or Xbox SnS2 is coming to both for like 20 bucks
so personally I would say wait on that one and pick up Psyvariar 2 which personally I like alot
I did not like Border Down in the least personally
but that may be due to my slowly growing dislike for side scrolling shooters

I was wondering the same thing, but something tells me that its going to have black bars. Maybe the guys doing the US version noticed that the US ikaruga had tate- so they won't be pussies and leave it out.

It *is* scheduled for release here on PS2. xsgames.biz lists it for August 4.
Another reason to love your Xbox, right up there with Out Run 2. And that cover art is plain pimp- not even the Japanese version boxart touches it. I think Xs may well have done penance for Mobile Light Force 1/2.
