Blah, screw all this complex shit. Do what I did
Go on the Taco Bell diet
Grab you a little something for breakfast, a Drink of some sort is best.
Then for lunch go to taco bell. Stay away from the beef. Get something with chicken in it. And don't get a meal, just get one thing. Like a chicken chelupa.
I lost 20 to 30 pounds with that diet. And thats with snacking on candy bars and drinking softdrinks for breaks during the day.
