  1. No, the best death in the game is summoning a storm elemental to take out a now very surprised Telvanni wizard.

Word of advice, avoid all of the 'follow me' quests whenever possible. They are definitely not worth the trouble. Once had to walk a escaped slave from one side of the map to the other, having to reload several times because he was dumb enough to charge straight into boiling lava and just stay there or to attack Golden Saints with his fists. And he also got stuck about every five seconds. -_-

Beat the main quest with Kei, so decided to make yet another character, who is very much a cleric type, but has a two handed war hammer that does great damage for a starting weapon. She's already advanced pretty far in the Imperial Legion, far enough to get a full set of armor for free. Needs a good enchanted weapon though. Her backup sword doesn't cut it.

Also bought the Morrowind Guidebook, but have only glanced at it so far. Very big and has a lot of detail to it though. Nice.

Well...I like the poor sap who 'leaps' to his death. I bawled out rolling on the floor laughing after the gravity of the situation sunk in...get it? GRAVITY? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I bought the book before I bought the game. I saw how big it was and figured I'd need it eventually.

Has anyone found/made any good mods they can share? Like how long till we get a nude mod !!??

  5. Not that anyone asked for it, here it is anyway... the adventures of Strider.

Well when I first started I wasn't too bad off killing little bugs, it took a few hits but I managed. I was also able to take out smugglers one at a time. I'd go in take one out then go out and rest then rince wash and repeat. Then I decided I'd go meet that dude up in Balmora so instead of taking the bug bus I walked all the way there. Only problem is I got side tracked a few times buy caves, and hideouts along the way. I got some nice little loot, nothing extravagant. Once I was almost there I came upon Moonmoth Fort. I quickly explored this small little fort and met a elite guard (can't remember his name). He starts telling me this story about how he's devoted his life to getting rid of corruption and all that crap. Only now he's stuck since one of the leaders he's under is taking bribes from 5 "bad people" he called them. Now he can't very well accuse his master nor kill the "bad people" cause the repurcussions will come his way. So he says right now the story ends in a prayer for a "bloodbath" but he says I can change the ending to the story if I so choose. I think to myself "What the fuck sounds like a slice of fun." So off I go continuing towards balmora this time with two things on my list. Meet the dude I'm supposed to meet and find out who these 5 "bad people" are. Oh, did I forget to mention he didnt' know who they were. So I get into town and I start asking questions. Finally I get some answers from some dude in the thieves guild. He says that the people I'm looking for are in the Commona Tong, the opposing group to the thieves guild and he gladly told me which ones I should be looking for and where. Well suprise surprise there right here in town. So off I go to pay them a visit. I walk in find the first dood, take out my Saber and whack him on the head. Not very impressed he takes out his weapon and starts fighting back. After an intense 3 sec battle I get my ass handed to me. I load from my last save before the whack on the head and decide I'll come back with more battle experience. So I explore the town some more and join all the guilds. I get quest from each one and decide to go do them. A few quests later I find myself heading up towards Caldera and I get sidetracked again. I start exploring little islands off the coast and find a Dwermer ruin. (Dwarves) I clean out the ruin and find some valuble stones. Then I continue a little further and what do we find. A fucking Deadra Shrine. So I go in and get fucking toasted. Reload. This time I hit the dude with fireballs from far and then hand him his ass with my sword. Down he goes. Next up, we got some chick. Save. Go after chick with some rekidink dagger... WTF I'm paralysed. All I can do is watch her eat away at my health till I see the Load screen pop up. Ok, your gonna pay bitch. This time all I do is fire fireballs from a distance until the bitch screems her last breath. Then I check her inventory and the cunt had a dagger with an enchantment of paralysis of 20 sec. Pick that shit up. Next up we got some dude with a huge war axe. Normally I'd get my ass handed to me but with my new found jewel I stab him once and he freezes on the spot. Than I slowly take out my saber, have a drink and a sandwhich and then proceed to slice and dice till he goes down. Next up some Winged Angel of death. Bitch hits like a two tonne truck so I decide this battle is going to have to rely on magic since the only thing she has is a reflect that works every third time. I find a vantage point and proceed to bombard her with fireballs. Her reflect works sometimes but being a dark elf I naturally have some resistance to fire. Eventually she falls and I have one dude left. I use my trusty little dagger once more and take care of him quickly. No one left so I start looting the place then I get to the shrine and theres a pearl on it. I take it without a second thought and some fucking Daedra Lord appears out of nowhere and kills me. Ok then, I'll leave the pearl there and come back later. So I decided its time to pay my friends a little visit again. Once there I take on that dick that killed me the first time he goes down. One down only four more to go. I take them out systematically one at a time and everytime one dies a little window informs me that my crime has been reported. Turns out that according to the law, these are normal civillians and therefore I just committed murder. Now no one will speak to me with a $6000 bounty on my head. I figure I'll do the time and go talk to a guard. He informs me that I have a death warrant on my head and that I should prepare to die. Reload. Ok, I heard theres some dude who can take care of Bountys for a small fee. I find him in the thieves guild and he tells me for $2500 he'll take care of it, well I don't have that kind of money. So I sneak out of town towards the Fort that the guy who put me up to this resides. Once there I find out that all the guards in this fucking area are looking for me and they kill me. Reload. This time I go to the outside wall where they can't see me. I cast levitate and float my ass on top of the fort. Then I got through a trap door and make my way to the dude and he thanks me and gives me a ring of illusion and says that he's taken care of the bounty. Well I should fucking hope so. I leave him in his shitty little quarters spouting off swear words as I exit the fort. Now the guards are all nice to me again. Next on the list, go see the dude I was originally going to Balmora for. After thats done with I explore some more and find a plantation where they have a shit load of slaves. I'm not too impressed with this so I figure I'll go speak to the man in charge. Once in his mansion and face to face with him He tells me he doesn't want to speak to a loser like me or something like that. I take one look around and see that this guy is LOADED. Nice Armor, nice weapons, shit he even has a piece of armor from a Daedra lord. Now with my new found knowledge that murder is bad I talk to him once more only this time I taunt him until he gets so pissed he attacks me first. Well now it's only self defense so I take out my dagger poke him in the ass and he freezes in his steps. Then I grab one of his weapons... a Daikatana. Then I slice the shit out of him. Once he's dead I take all his gold. Replace my shit armor with his nice armor but theres tons of stuff here to sell. Only problem is I can't fucking carry it all. So I stash it for later use. And thus concludes my little adventure so far.

  6. Heh - Just finshed looting the Imperial guard HQ in Pelegriad. Have yet to really start focusing on main quest - I think I'll wait on it actually. I'm surprised to hear that you've actually gone through the main quest Ammadeus - how long did that take?

  7. is there some trick to blocking with a shield? i can't figure it out...

  8. BTW - how do you pickpocket someone? I know how to sneak around and stuff and am getting quite good at it - but what do you press or do when you're behind someone and close enough to pickpocket?

  9. I haven't done it myself but figure once in sneak mode the A button is context sensitive so instead of initiating a conversersation with the person it will open up their inventory. Once you actually take something from them is when your theft skills comes into play. The larger the object the harder I assume it is to steal. I've always wanted to steal the clothes off someones back.

While holding Ctrl (sneaking) just hit spacebar. Make sure the little "hidden" icon is on.
