  1. new york city

goin' there with 3-4 other friends the weekend of the 21st and wanted to know what would be some good areas to get a hotel in. not familiar with the city at all. not tryin' to stay some place that's way too expensive but we don't wanna stay in a crappy place either. was lookin' at some places in manhatan but they're a bit pricey. oh, we're only stayin' for one night then we're gonna hook up with a friend in rochester. any help will be greatly and fukkly appreciated.

  2. I recently went up to NYC for a bit but I stayed with my friends aunt. I would check out the hotels on the internet, since the subway system there is pretty thorough it doesn't really matter where the hotel is unless it's a bit of a walk from a subway station.

  3. Sheraton Hotel Manhattan or New York. Its located on 7th Ave and 50th-51st. Its right there in Times Square and right by Radio City. Its walking distance to train station and other sceneries.

Both are very nice..been to both. There are some other hotels near there as well. I forgot some..but some are for the ballers/high rollers..if you know what I mean.

You can go to to http://www.hotels.com and see some other ones.

But if there are about 3-4 people and you split the tab for the 1 day stay..the Sheraton is the perfect place to stay. Nice, big and cozy.

  4. When I went to NY I stayed at Hotel Stanford with a couple of friends. The room only had 1 bed and the place was fairly small but it only cost us 130 a night.

Other places were charging over 200...

It's on 43 West 32nd Street. And if you don't like that hotel, you can check out the Holiday Inn that's right next to it.

The Sheraton I mentioned above had 2 King size beds. The first time I went, which was Manhattan it costed me a little over $200 including tax. The second time, it costed me $170 including tax and stuff.

I forgot about the Holiday Inn I stayed at during a previous visit. It's right on Times Square and is pretty cheap.
