I've been on a platformer kick of late. I finally finished Klonoa 2 (inc all stars/dolls and the bonus stages, but not the gems/wp) and Maximo in the past week or so.
I'd say my favourite would be Sonic Adventure 1&2 (if it counts since it was released on GC), but barring that I'd say it is a toss up between Sly Cooper, Klonoa 2, and Maximo. All three of those games are great. I have a feeling I might rate Billy Hatcher above all if I owned it but I'm not buying a GC just to play it. Another contender is the new Ratchet & Clank. I was not too interested in the first R&C but somewhere along the line I started finding that series really appealing and now I want to buy both of those games. That's a nice development. Go figure.
When the Alex Kidd in Miracle World remake for PS2 hits I am sure it will take the crown.
