Thread: X2 DVD is out

  1. X2 DVD is out

If you're in New York, 32nd Street Games has it for $23 (which is MSRP, I presume). I suppose if you don't want to wait until Nov. 25, you should check your local mom & pop store.

  2. Man why did this dvd take so much longer than the other movies? Retarded since its my most anticipated dvd purchase in a while.

I'll try to nab it there if I can, thanks for the heads up sal.

  3. go along 8th Ave. (more towards Port Auth.) and they've probably got them on the shelves too. those places always break street.

always cool seeing 32nd get reped though. i haven't been there in a while, so yea, maybe i should stop in sometime during the week.

  4. what?

this has been out down here for a while...

  5. What, you mean most places have it now but have to wait over two more weeks to release it?

Breaking street date is probably the only way the smaller stores can compete with the big chains.

Yeah, Fox held off on the US release in order to cash in on the Christmas shopping season.

  7. I'll wait for the super hyper mega ultra extreme edition of it to come out in six months or so.

  8. Sad, but true

  9. Well, that's your prerogative, but after watching the X2 DVD, I just don't see how they could add any more stuff. It already has two commentary tracks (one with Solid Snake himself, David Hayter). X2 isn't like LOTR where they have a shit-ton of footage and other material that'll go beyond 2 DVDs. The only reason X-Men 1 double dipped is because the first DVD release had near zero extras.

I just bought it and I agree with sal, they stuffed this one pretty good so they better have like 5 hours of unused footage for me to buy another edition.

    Awesome movie too
