Take a flight from the starting city to the sky city (I forget how to spell both). During the flight, a vendor in the observation lounge sells teleport stones.

I'm only 2+ hours in, but it already feels far and away like the best FF game ever. Combat is so far beyond the old style of combat that it isn't funny, but... this is coming from somebody who has recently gotten into MMORPGs. If you don't like such games, you might not like this - combat and otherwise, it feels VERY MMORPG-ish to me.
