I milked it the most when I had Lamont with me. What I did was fight to the end of the bridge, and walk back to the start on the side bridge. At that point, some skellies would have respawned.
You may just be killing them faster than I did. I have Balthier/Fran on Foe = 100%/Steal when I do this, so they more or less don't give any offense.

Giruvegan can suck a dick. Those zig-zag, mapless and hidden paths were way too frustrating, not to mention Disease everywhere. That meeting with the Occuria was intense, though. They're fucking crazy.
I also came out with 88k in loot. You could say I was stealing a lot in there

About an hour and 150 Phoenix Downs later... I ended up killing him stage 5, which was a bad idea and I should've reloaded my previous save at stage 4. By that point I was only doing 6999 per hit instead of 9999, which meant the last five lifebars which were nothing but Invert->Elementalga over and over and over (which was really easy to survive but made it hard to get hits in) took longer then it should've. I think that part alone was a good 15-20 minutes by itself.
By the end I had my Gambits really tweaked out, I've got a feeling the last few bosses are going to just roll over and die compared to some of this stuff. Granted, my Gambit setup and just plain general knowledge (I didn't realize I had Curaja until the last part) meant that battle could go about twice as well now, but I really don't want to redo it. I'm really just trying to get as much stuff out the way before Reddas leaves my group.

I just got Reddas, so fucking BRING IT ON I say.. Time do do some mad mad hunts and looting before I actually do anything more plot-wise, I don't want to lose my lovely fourth player.

Nomi has officially caught up to me, which is really wierd considering she's posting strats for what seems like the beginning of the game a couple posts earlier.
p.s. Telekinesis is the best thing ever. I wish I had gotten it earlier, if that was even possible.

It'd be nice if they'd let me use the top of line of the equipment I just flattened my wallet for, for more than half a dungeon. Probably would help me not be broke most of the time. I have 20k, I have zero, I have 25k, I have 0.

So I was wrong about which Grimoire/Monograph I had. I want the Hunter's one, the cheapest (18k) but it's not available. FAQ says I need to talk to Gatsly after I do the Thextera hunt. Did that a while ago and can't find the damn guy. Walked all over Rabanastre looking for him. Suggestions?

IIRC I think the man you're looking for is hanging out at the Muthru Bazaar. He should mention something about checking out the bazaar for a new item or some such.
