Here are some random pencilled pages of a comic I'm doing for a class I have. I'll post the finished product when it's all inked.

The rest are just random sketches.

My Mirko CroCop looks more like LeBanner.

Once again, I love the sketchy... almost elegantly sketchy design.

The Mirko one's not bad, but a couple of quick things would make it better.

A) You're losing the jaw, which is one of the most important characteristics for the character type.
B) Ears are set between the eyes and the bottom of the nose on the average person (in a head on view like this).

Quick example here. (styles are different, but it still applies)

Overall, good stuff.

I have seen even looser foundations turn into spectacular comic pages... Your work shows that you have learned a valuable lesson.

Get the characters in their places, then layer on the detail...

I would recommend a couple of fine books. "Panel one" and "Panel two" each one shows the sketchy panels that would one day be full fledged comic book pages.

They are great to see...

Hm, I hear you, but I was actually trying to downplay his chin, since Mirko CroCop has a small chin and isn't his most striking feature (that would probably be that stare of his). I agree on the ears, tho.

Cigs, do you even know who Mirko is? The guy in my avatar.

You guys should see the comic Kaneda is doing for his class, its epic. When its all inked, he damn well better post.
