No...hes not going to do a great job in office, he already fucked up by repealing the DMV registration hike, now he will have to cut some funding from either the public schools or senior's benefits, well...at least he kept his campaign promise on that one.

I dont think you non-Californians understand how disturbing it is to really have this man as governor, im walking out of the liqour store and there is the Terminator on all the fuckin papers, I turn on the TV and there is the Terminator on all the fuckin news updates during commercials. turn on the radio, i hear snippets of his fucked up accent from speech snippets....ARGH!!!!

Another thing, there is a noticeable change in his demeanor now that he is governing, he has lost his pep, and has this "what the fuck did i get into," look on his face during media appearances, and i think the voters are feeling the same way, its an odd atmosphere to say the least. oh well.

No way its not disturbing, its fucking awesome. Ill take an accent (since when is an accent fucked up?) over Grey Davis any day, week, month, and year.

Don't know what you're talking about. I watched him being sworn in as well as his speech afterwards and he seemed to radiate confidence and leadership. If you knew anything about the man aside from him "being the Terminator" you'd know that he is an intelligent, hard working, dedicated and disciplined man who will do whatever it takes to achieve a goal. He's succeeded in everything he's attempted- greatest bodybuilder in history (7-time Mr. Olympia, in addition to dozens of other titles), one of the biggest movie stars of all time, built a fortune in real estate and investments, big into charities and children's causes (including the Special Olympics), started his own bodybuilding compitition (the Arnold Classic) that is considered on the same level as the Mr. Olympia, and has been active in politics for years. But all you see him is "The Terminator".

Shit, the man should be President.

The DMV registration hike was not a high one at all, about $10.00 per person, and Arnold plans on taking out a huge bond for the State, which for those that dont know is a fancy way of increasing the state debt and leaving the problem in the hands of future generations. It's not going to solve anything, its like putting a bandaid on a gun shot wound.

Californians are just so stupid and were so sick of Davis, they didnt realize repealling the DMV taxes means no new computers or extra curricular programs for little Johnny in elementary school.

Came here with nothing, conqured bodybuilding, conquered movies, conquered business dealings, is so rich he can buy you and your family 10,000x over and now has achieved the highest political position an immigrant can in this country.
