Burg, the Zodiac is Tapwave's PDA/portable gaming system. You can buy it now off of their site (www.tapwave.com), or wait until next year to (hopefully) buy it in a store. There are multiple versions of it available, with some nice fansites for it, like www.zodiacgamer.com that have plenty of info on it.
