Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy

i emailed THQ about it

seems its a known bug with no solution

so im stucking having to start all over again and you can not save during that time with the mummy bassicaly have to play through that part as the mummy with out ever saving and then saving once you play as sphinx again

im really fucking pissed off about having to play through this a 3rd time

youd think something like this they would catch

The only glitcth I've encountered so far is at the beginning when you use the little critters to cut the wires holding the big boulder. Once the boulder was free it started rolling forward and a bit before the lava pit it rolled on the spot for eternity. I don't know what I did to make it screw up like that but I had to start over, luckily it was only the beginning. I hope I don't run into any other glitches.

Well I finished this game on the weekend. The game had some good puzzles, although I didn't like the fact that they switched to the mummy for you. If they make a sequel you should figure out when it's time to use him. The last boss was pretty easy, first try and he was down for the count. Once you beat the game thats it though, I couldn't see myself playing this again so I traded it in for I-Ninja.

Worth the one play through for puzzle/quest/adventure fans.

im at the part when you have to run the obsticle course with sphinx. tried it once, was waaaaaaay off the time and have yet to pick it back up again

maybe someday.

Yeah you don't have to do that to finish the game though so if it's the only thing stopping you I say fuck it and move on.

Just in case anyone else is waiting, this game has FINALLY dropped in price to 19.99 for xbox and ps2 versions, on ebgames.com. Not sure if it's the same for all stores or the B&M, though.
