Sharon probably feeling that things have been too quite as of late seems to have decided to step up his provocations.

The seperation wall wich is opposed by the entire world trough UN resolution and opposed individually by the US as well isnt enough.

Now we get this and this will sadly no doubt be the start of more mutual hostilities.

The guy is brilliant when it comes to stirring up shit and then blaming others.

From his temple mount visit wich sparked the second intifada to his plea for one week witouth violence then we can talk(after wich he got a month, a month in wich several Palestine children were killed, settlements were acelerated and dozens more adults were send to their graves) to the other incursions we have witnessed the last 12 months.

Is anyone really surprised, Isreal knew exactly what they were voting into power when they picked Sharon. Sharon is as bad as arafat, and if there is to be any progress, both of them need to be swept from the table.

I'd say Sharon is worse but you're certainly right...nothing will be achieved with either man still in power.

I wouldn't say Sharon is worse, Arafat has been organizing the murder of innocent people for years. Sharon never captured Olympic athletes and murdered them. He never convinced young men and women to blow themselves up. I say if these damn cowards like Arafat and Osama are so "faithful" and "devoted" to their extremist beliefs then why the hell don't they go blow themselves up? Damn cowards I tell ya.
