Matt, you should know not to pay attention to the NPD, once again, if you look at the actual TRSTs and MSs and Nintendos financial reports(where fabrication is kept to a minimum, you sure as hell don't want to embellish there) Nintendo has always been ahead of MS in global sales, always. By the way, nice way to quote GC sales using last years numbers(which is actually pretty good sales for a little over a year, 10.45 mill, nearly two mill above XBox sales), what'd ya use NPD sales data too.
