Heh yeah but it was still cool. The show was a mix of GI Joe and Robocop, I think the first few episodes are on dvd if you check google.

He was a badass SWAT officier, loved that cool laser canon.

I love that in his description it says the C.O.P.S never usually take him into a mission since the C.O.P.S are so good. They only to use him as a last resort.

Remember the big, fat head Boss guy, who used to break his desk with his fist every episode? And that scientist with the glass head and you could see him "brainstorm"? And that really strong woman thief (Miss Demeanor)?

And they had that badass helicopter with the two bubbles on each side where people would sit... I THINK they could disconnect, but it's been so long.

Yep, this show rocked. I've still got a tape of it around somewhere, I think it's got the pilot episode.

Watched the intro and closing. The animation was nice. The names and dialogs were ridiculous

Funny that you say that. COPS was actually quite dark for a children's cartoon. "Bulletproof" Vess got his name after being gunned down in the line of duty, much like Officer Murphy in Robocop.

I remember this show very well. It kicked ass, and so did the toys.

When you watch the intro, you can see how heavily influenced by anime the creators were. Check out the part where the cop busts out that laser bazooka, it's right out of Akira.
