While the Kid's Choice awards often feature Minor celebrities at the start of their careers, Shows like The VGA awards often feature minor celebrities at the end of their careers, often only months in between.
On the bright side, Jenna Jameson now has a legitimate gig for her resume, and there was no award for Megarace...
Ugh, sorry..... I am not normally this cynical... But I actually feel like I have been physically wounded, just by my love for the art of gaming.
I hope the entire Japanese nation lost their cable so that they don't even entertain notions that this is what us Gaijin look for in videogames.

That sucked ass the must have went to game Faqs for the voting. I being a Trekkie myself have been hearing about how big of a deal this was supposed to be for months now.
they should have had a minimum amount of time the games had to be out before being nominated. Of course the games that just recently came out would be better then what was already out.
To make it worse it was like 10 mins of quality vid clips followed by 1 hr 50 mins of stupid music and bad jokes. The best thing about the gig was Jenna Jameson!
And then they have th gull the re-run the whole damn thing knowing Spike TV they will probably show the tape of this fifty times in the next month, Look at what they did with the Joe Schmo thing.

Anywho, yeah, I watched this thing and was belting out the answers at the tv. The women were more or less the only things saving the show, aside from the game clips of "Most Anticipated Game." The whole dot in pong thing was useless.
