Lost in Translation
Name another movie this year that developed its characters that well with a minimum of dialogue. Talk about characterization! A rare movie indeed that can so satisfyingly realize its characters w/o any wasted dialogue.
28 DAYS LATER!
then Kill Bill.
then Probably Identity.

2009 TNL Fantasy Football Champion
The Last Samurai and Bad Boys II as a runner up. I don't go to the movies too much, and I can't always remember what I've seen :/

Big Fish looks fantastic. Plus it starts Alison Lohman, and she's hot, so now I really have to see it. January 9th it opens Nationwide.
THAT REMINDS ME, I know what movie I forgot!
Matchstick Men - another great film from 2003![]()
So far i'd have to say The Last Samurai...that movie was so powerful. However, RotK comes out this week and that has the potential to be movie of the year.
I guess you've learned the benifit to waiting.
I agree, they should give people like you something. Perhaps a kick in the balls would do nicely and make you slightly less retarded.
*bump*

Wow. What a great year for movies.
if its considered a movie my vote goes for Band of Brothers. my uncle got me a chance to go down and visit Major Winters (lives somewhat by me in Pa). sat down and talked for a good while. that man just eminates knowledge. hoping to go down again once the weather gets better. got him to sign my box set.

Oh, and Return of the King is by far the best movie of 2003. Lost In Translation was excellent, and maybe in any other year it would've been the best, but not 2003.
Agreed. Lost in Translation was better than all other movies of '03 combined and already one of my all-time favourites.Originally Posted by The_Meach
