  2. Yes, a quest of colourful pseudo-dinosaurs with a constipation issues running about collecting various fruits...

I'll pass. If it were muted, maybe it could be considered playable, but damn. Those noises are permanently engraved in my mind.

I can't play anything that reminds me of it, no matter how good it could be.

That right there is the game responsible for Yoshi's new, ass-poor voice.
I'm still on a mission to lynch the man responsible. Lynch, says I!

  4. I actually picked up Tin Star last night, really fun game from what I played. Is there a normal gun you can use with first party gun games? I have no interest in that huge ass Super Scope.

Tin Star's OK, it gets old real fast. Yoshi's Safari is ass, I'm telling you. Get it for no more than $5 if you MUST, but you'll see.

And I liked Yoshi's Story; would've been better if you had to play through EVERY level and if it didn't concentrate so much on smelling out those damned melons. I like the Yoshi song they sing when you leave them idle... it's so... so HAPPY. *sings and smiles*

I hate Yoshi's Story simply because it's not Yoshi's Island. But that's very true, I'm always scared that when I "Flutter Jump" a jurassic log turd is going to come hurtling out of Yoshi's arse.

Wait... let me rephrase that... I secretly want a huge turd to come hurtling out of Yoshi's arse when flutter jumping, and land on a shyguy, knocking it out cold.

Yoshi's Safari had amazing graphics for its time. I like the game, just prepare for something below usual Nintendo standards.

Tin Star is fun and at least it has the option to play without the Super Scope. It wasn't developed by Nintendo yet it feels like a Nintendo game.

But yeah, nothing tops Battleclash and Metal Combat for 16-bit gun games.
