I mostly got money ($700 in all, woot), but I also got an R Crumb coffee table book, a copy of pikmin, and some food and crap.

Some of you guys got some pretty big hauls.
I'm using my brand spanking new computer right now, which maybe you could consider an x-mas gift...
Except that I dropped $1550 bucks of my own money on it.

I included Hannukka gifts with mine, so it wasn't just xmas. Half my family is jewish and half are secular consumerist.Originally Posted by cka

Like I said, I didnt even ask for anything this year! And when I told everyone I didnt want anything, I meant it. I really did not want anything. I dunno why my family decided to lavish all these things upon me.
Hell just the guitar is the best Christmas gift I have ever received. If thats all I got I would still be happier than Oprah on Thanksgiving... the rest is just overload.
And Kidnemo, how expensive was your comp? If you dropped $1500 on it but you still consider it a gift it has to be pretty damn diesel.
Yeah, but it ain't just you. DVDs here, computer shit there, CDs here, other miscellaneous expensive fun toys there. Makes me angry that all I pretty much got for my haul was a bag of fucking socks.Originally Posted by Frogacuda
