I think they're wrong, actually. Looks more like Sabrewulf.
That is one cool site. The Star Fox pic kinda surprises me.

This is likely a case of the Reverse-Hype-Effect phenomenon.
Much how you often end up disappointed by a game that was hyped endlessly; when a game gets bashed for months and from all sides, you go in expecting the worst and, because humans have a tendency to exagerrate (especially game reviewers and message board lackeys), the title is rarely as bad as you'd been lead to believe. Result: pleasant surprise.
I love it when this happens. (and one reason I still haven't opened Stretch Panic. each year that goes by, i expect less and less. by the time i finally play it'll seem like a masterpiece! ... i hope).
Yeah, that happened with me when I got MGS2 for Xbox. I thought it was going to be terrible, but I liked it alot.Originally Posted by Compass

Unless you get your head preserved like Futurama and open up the game in the year 2500, it's gonna suck. A lot.Originally Posted by Compass
Unless you're retarded and perverted (not one or the other, both), Stretch Panic will always be a horrible game. It's just beyond awful in every measurable way.Originally Posted by Compass
I beat Grabbed by the Ghoulies last night, coincidentally enough. I got it for free so I didn't have to think about getting my money's worth out of it, but I had a good time with it anyway. I ran around, beat the crap out of anything that moved and a ton of stuff that didn't, and didn't sweat getting every little thing in the game. It wasn't a favorite but it was a great way to blow off a few evening's worth of gaming.
Another, more subtle Banjo reference- when you beat on the picture enemies and they throw off fragments, those bits are puzzle pieces like you had to collect endlessly in the Banjo games. A nice touch, I thought.

They should have just given us Banjo 3.Originally Posted by ChaoofNee

Can't say I disagree.Originally Posted by burgundy
I'd also love a rerelease of the first two games with Stop n' Swop reinstated.
