I've heard of such punishments like this where people were buried up to their heads and had them covered with bags then a crowd of people threw rocks at their heads...not sure which one would be worse but yeah...inhumane laws.

I agree with Gymkata and whomever else said that the guy should get a Shredder-style beating like this girl is going to get. It seems that in these foreign countries that whatever the situation, whether the girl has sexual intercourse when she's not married or she is raped, that she's either severely beaten or killed. In India, the women who have shamed their family get beaten by their male family members, and get acid put on their faces or some such. And that incident in Africa where that girl was pregnant and the people wanted to stone her to death. It seems to me that the guys in any or most of these situations don't ever have to face any consequences for their actions, while the women's lives are either forfeit or ruined completely. And though I don't think some of these crimes are punishable by death, I do think that if the woman is going to get punished for an act that takes two people, then the man should get his ass handed to him, too.
