They totally underused materia, you'd think for something that came across as common as it was in FFVII that there would be some spells used here and there aside from the Bahumet summon, of course, but almost nothing. Not really a complaint, just struck me as very wierd.Yes.

Haste was cast sometime in the beginning of the movie. I think you see Yazoo use it on Cloud or vice versa, because one of them is blue and is moving slower. They showed some Limit Breaks too which were obviously sweet. Bahumet was awesome and totally covered the whole summoning aspect in one fell swoop.

Of course this movie was great for superficial reasons, but I couldn't care less.
