But shit, underwater scenes? Why can't they just leave out the obligatory shitty underwater scenes?

It just seems every action game has a fucking underwater scene. Fuck, even Castlevania: LOI had a whole level devoted to some sewers and some water type shit.Originally Posted by Yoshi
It slows the action down considerably, it's a pain in the ass to navigate half the time, you can only use one shitty weapon, and everyone always complains about how crappy it is.

The demo is fun. The Boss is hard. The game looks really goods.
Those are mu thoughts.
Oh. And the music sucks as of right now.
o_O
I think that the main thing that everyone should be practicing right now with the demo is guarding.
Trust me, even though the demo is dead easy, even on hard mode, the game is going to be a totally different beast based on that IGN article posted earlier.
Gamespot mentioned at the end of a news item that their review will be up tomorrow. So that could be at some point after midnight tonight. Greg is doing the review, and he mentioned in the forums that he "liked the game an awful lot."
One of the site reporters with the final game commented that he had not yet beaten the game, and had logged WELL over 20 hours. Tough game, apparently, but not cheap. Encouraging.
"Fiends! Animals! Bastards!"
If I remember correctly, he also said that the 20 hours didn't include all the times he had died. If that's true, it's a remarkable length for an action game. Even exploration-based games like Metroid Prime don't often go much longer than that.Originally Posted by Prince Planet
i agree with muor thoughts exactly. The moves ryu have are great, i would have never believed that an action game could have this depth of combat, i love the triple kick combo and the nunchaku moves. when i first saw the ham sized nunchaku in the screenshots i cringed, but they actually work.Originally Posted by Tracer
