I seen that arcade machine and got the boomerang before I read the post. Anyways I finally got the hang of kicking the damn ninjas that throw the bombs ass'. Now I"m stuck again. Stupid safe. I dont get it.

I'm sorry, but this has got to be considered to be a legit gripe against the game. Ninja Gaiden practically invented cinematic storytelling and it's a disappointment if this sequel doesn't live up to the originals in that respect.

It sounds as if you have a problem with the title of the game, not with the game itself.

I am also at the 4 chapter. So far its fun, but everything seems a tad bland. Like the air ship for example, very uninteresting level.

Also the music is a big time dissapointment, considering the first 3 NGs have phenominal music, and this game features boring 80's action film scores.

Yeah the camera is odd as well, most of the time I don't mind, but the whole first person perspective is useless. Why would I need to use that so much to have a stick devoted soly to it?

Overall I like it, its not the end all be all, but still fun. And does not feature the creativity the other NGs feature (not yet at least I guess). I can't really say that its "better" than Shinobi. I really liked Shinobi and found it to be quite fun. The two games seem like they should have been swapped almost. Because this NG plays nothing like NG, just like Shinobi plays nothing like Shinobi. Swap the two and it would make more sense, kinda odd when you think about it.

Yeah, tell me about it. My EB didn't even put any copies on the shelves or mentionned it. I guess theyre's too many preorders. I'm happy I was #4 on the list [the friend i went with was like #2]. And it's not entirely the same, little changes in the presentation and the music are in the final version, if that's what you we're talking about.
