Perhaps...but why isn't anyone close to Kurt calling for a reopening of the case?
I think they have, I heard some have tried hard to push for a reopening but its not gonna happen.

If you were to yell loud enough and carry a weapon, you wouldn't end up like Kristen Pfaff. Courtney & co. aren't the Russian mafia.

I mean, why isn't Tom Grant dead yet, if she was really such a threat?

  7. Those last lines of the letter are definitely not his actual handwriting. When I was in school, they taught me about using an elastic band to redraw something bigger than it was. You tied the band, looped one end around a stationary point (the distance, obviously, determines the size), and looped the other end around the pencil or pen. You then redraw the original by moving the writing utensil so that the knot of the band traces the lines. I've seen the note, not just from a scan of a copy, and the shakiness of the supposed handwriting is indicative of this method. You can kind of see it in the scan - some of the b's and f's are very shakey and have extra curls. The letters at the bottom look too similar to some of the letters above. (Yeah, I know, handwriting...)

But then, if he had written it with that tremendous level of heroin, it's also highly possible that he did that, as well. He might have written the "retirement" letter, then decided that he wanted to kill himself and added that stuff afterwards. I'm more inclined to believe that it was a suicide, because it's hard to believe that someone put that much effort into having him killed. Courtney Love is a stupid bimbo and I just refuse to see her organizing this.

But then, maybe that's just what she wants us to think!

    OMG! Conspiracy theory!

  8. The man is so high that he can still write legible, yet in new handwriting?

    That's a new one.

The dude had enough smack in him, he would have died in 20 seconds, yet he pens this final part of the letter, removes and stowes his gear, then shoots himself all the while leaving 0 fingerprints on anything?

  9. How about this? He writes a retirement letter. Who knows how much time passes while the letter sits in his journal or whatever. One day he is home alone, feeling depressed, reading his notebooks. Reads the letter, decides to kill himself and puts that on the end of the note. Then kills himself.

Its possible, right? I mean, the handwriting doesnt looks like his, but it could just be that he wrote them at different times.

Is there any info on whether he had alcohol or any other drug in his system?
    your mom

  10. Mman, he had a ton of heroin in his system when he killed himself.

In any case, a couple days ago I was fucked up and I wrote a few things down on a piece of paper. I wrote down another few things on a piece of paper today. THEY LOOK THE SAME. Your handwriting doesn't change. Sometimes I loop my y's and my g's and sometimes I dont, but my handwriting when I was wasted and my handwriting sober is the same.
