    Tony Hawk's Underground

I think for the most part, how this works it pretty self explanatory.

But I must make one thing clear: NO CHEATS ENABLED.

And I'll have listings for both best runs and best combos for each level.

Please be patient... this is alot of info...

Skateboard!? You better watch out that Avril Lavine doesn't hear about you and stupid skateboards or she'll be right on your case, Sk8ter Boi.

  2. I don't think this is the best game for a score attack thread, since the game's scoring system is so easily exploited.

    Hmm.

How easily exploited? I mean, you still have to create the combos manually, and balance basically everything.

It's only *easily* exploited if you have cheats enabled.

  4. Three reasons: Double tap glitch, shuffling and robot lines.

    Double Tap:
Whenever you do certain double tap grinds your balance meter resets, which is why there are scores on the online rankings in the billions.

    Shuffling:
Its when you transintion from grind to grind on the same rail/ledge, an example would be the bridge in Mannhatan, you can grind one side of the ledge then quickly jump and grind the other, if you do this back and forth your multiplier goes up, it's very easy to do, and you can do this a lot if you know where to go. THUG tries to counter this by giving you a "shuffle bonus" that gives you 100 points instead of raising your multiplier, but this only comes up if you shuffle really fast like you can do in thps3 and 4, if you slow down the bonus doesn't come up and you can still raise the multiplier.

    Robot Lines:
This is the main reason why Trick Attack and the like have been null and void since thps3. All some one has to do is find a spot with two QPs and some rails inbetween and loop that line forever getting high scores. Every level has robot lines, and because of the revert ollie (jumping right after you revert) doing these lines are very easy. If you need an example of what I mean, look at NYC, go to the end of the docks where the glass building is, there is an entrance to the subway with power lines attached, all you have to do is:

    1. Air trick off QPs in docks
    2. Revert Ollie
    3. Grind wires
    4. grind cement fixtures in the building
    5. cross the street and do an air trick on the school QPs
    6. Revert Ollie, go back the way you came and repeat.

There you have it, these 3 things have pretty much ruining the score based games online, sure you can hope some one doesn't do these things, but you can never tell.
