    Agree with Will.

While we dont know anything about this new vampire hunting team, I doubt they will compare to Blade skills and powers.

You and me both. I know when I go see a movie and the trailers start playing and that blood-red New Line logo sails onto the screen I'm gonna flip.

Damn, I was just about to post it and think that I posted it first. Again

And yeah, I want the damn trailer already. I really hope it turns out to be the best one. I also hope they play around with the film hues like the first and second but not so much orange.

  8. I just want a more gritty "street" feel like the first one had. I loved the second movie but I felt that Del Toro made it a little too "comic book" feeling, what with all the blue and amber lighting everywhere. I also hope Dracula ends up as cool as Deacon Frost was. Nomak was okay but he wasn't nearly as cool as Deac was.

Still, I like how Goyer creates villians that are a little different from the norm. It's like Deac and Angel, his right hand guy in the original. Angel talks back to him and instead of flipping out and killing him like all other villians do, Deac just tries to calm him down like a friend. And the joke Deac later played on him with Blade's sword was cool too...the average bad guy would have really just cut his arm off instead of saying "just kidding."

Even Nomak ended up being a little unique, in that he let Whistler live so that he could give a message to Blade. Yes, he was a bad guy, but Goyer made him a bit sympathetic too. Still, he didn't have the personality that Stephen Dorff as Deacon did. He really made the first movie, along with Sinpes and Kristofferson.
