Yea, they still are. But it was an interesting trip to get there! They run NGF (Neo Geo Freak) and were famous for selling "freaked" carts. They would get SNK product and stamp it with their co. name. They were wrong in doing so. Everything else was just hearsay and assumptions until...

On December 11th, 2002, SNK NEOGEO USA & Playmore Corporation were assisted by US Marshals and they successfully raided NGF (NeoGeo Freak). They confiscated a significant amount of alleged counterfeit products from Dion, and basically shut down all unauthorized sales until the court decides NGF's fate in an upcoming trial.

Basically they still sell stuff, but WHAT they can sell is very limited. They ended up officially having the rights to the KOF'00 release, but not to stamp it. Never liked the guys, but if you talk to them you'll get an earfull how they still won the court hearing.

Yeah...what he said aboive is true...the big thing that they did was mess up the KoF 2000 release...they either have or destroyed most of the cover inserts and made "NGF ones"...

So after all that they have a BIG restriction on what they can can't sell...
