Oh, and animated comedies. My favorites are many, but ATHF, Sealab, Earthworm Jim and Maison Ikkoku (anime) currently top the list.

OT: Action. Someone bring back Exo-Squad already. Crap animation, but it had a hell of a story for a toy-based show. Savage Dragon season 2 was pretty cool too.

Hell yeah, I haven't seen that in forever and a day. I've still got the whole series sitting around here on VHS too.

  4. Thanks Jeremy. It was just fucking weird seeing two people with similar avatars.

And Pinky & The Brain was awesome. Even the spin off was okay.

It's easy to criticize when you have an avatar nobody cares about.

Right, reading through this, I see I forgot to mention Animaniacs (P&tB included), Freakazoid!, and The Tick.

I want the Tick on DVD so bad.

  6. I want both the Live Action AND the Cartoon. Now that you mention it, I think that the Live Action is out on DVD now. I should go check.

The cartoon was better. But that's saying something because the Live Action was pretty great too.

I don't know... I really like that Fry avatar. Everything he says is now cooler because of it.

  10. South Park: Getting better nearly every episode. Once the "OMG kids swearing" shock has died off, you really start to see how satire is done. Trey & Matt have it nailed.

ATHF: A bit uneven, sometimes just a little too stupid, other times brilliant (Foreigner Belt)

Family Guy: Classic, but it doesn't age well, once all the rapid fire gags die off, there isnt much left. Good to watch then put away until you almost forget everything about it and watch again.

Simspons: Hasn't been as good as when Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstien were running the show. Last few eps have me hoping they are steering back away from the cliff..

Sealab: The Goz made this show. His son has HUGE shoes to fill.

Mission Hill/Clerks/Oblongs/Freakazoid: All had great potental, sadly crushed under the weight of the prime-time animation bust and poor network stratigies.

Home Movies: Hated it when it was on whatever crap network it hit (upn?,wb?) Been watching the new episodes on Adult swim and have seen what good writing can do for crappy animation.

Animaniacs: The last bit of creativity to ever come out of Warner Brothers.

Oh, and Anime is Teh suck.

    Except Voltron. Voltron ruled.
