Used game shops might have one for you.

  2. I agree . $99 PS2 AND XBox for me too

PS2 and XBox seem to be the least reliable systems ever made X-P ALways breaking down, glitching, drives dying, Dirty Disc Errors, Hard Drive crashes (Xbox only for now), etc. so If Im gonna buy a PS2/Xbox and then it BREAKS 1 year later X-P , Id prefer to lose as little money as possible

Makes you yearn back to the Good old days of cartridges, when you needed an Atomic Bomb to damage the carts OR the systems (My SNES purchased in 1992 is stil working perfectly ELEVEN YEARS after I bought it; will PS2/Xbox still be working perfectly in eleven years? Dont think so X-P

  3. Yea. Blowing on NES carts was so rad.

  4. Voltz - heh buy a USed PS2/Xbox? Yeah right. you think the NEW ones are unreliable over the long term... God only knows where the used ones have been and how long they'll last

diffusionX - heh that wasnt a problem with cartridges;-) It was a design flaw of the frontloading NES and how it interfaced with the carts (which they fixed with the toploading NES :-)

Oh yeah and NES frontloaders (properly cleaned of course) from like 1988 (SIXTEEN years ago) will still work. Will PS2/Xboxes work in SIXTEEN years from now?? No way in HECK

Sure they will - if you keep servicing the laser. The PS2's design flaw is the same as the NES's (except more high-tech).

That' funny, that's just how I feel about the XBox.... And no, the 99 cents tacked on to the end of the price doesn't count.

Ah that brings me back. It took almost as much time as actually playing the game.

Heck yeah, the lightheadedness you would get from blowing so much made the games THAT MUCH more realistic.

No, they didn't. My toploader still gets loading errors half the time.

They way you talk, every Sega and Turbo CD unit is due to die within the next two years. Then all Saturns and Playstations five years after that.

I'll consider Xbox when it costs $50 to purchase and mod. I've got plenty of crap to buy and play until then.

I found a soft breath would work better than blowing, all my friends blew and just got spit all over the place.
