I read more reviews, and the mood being too depressive and dark, and Frank's only desire being a revenge, makes most of the critics not like this movie. What the hell wrong with them? Punisher was always about revenge.

I will check this out after Kill Bill 2, but my major grievance is the LACK OF MY MAN MICRO!!! He is the brains behind the operation man, and builds all the sweet stuff for him, like his decked out van! And why did they change his backstory? Why not just keep it the same...his family (wife, son, daughter) were killed in a random gang fight, wrong place wrong time...so I dunno, doesn't seem like they needed to change his story...and he should have fought the kingpin -- that was always his main focus...

but yeah I'll check this out...looks decent enough and I'm easy to please...

Looks like they were trying to base the movie on the recent Garth Ennis comics, which got rid of Micro and the battle van and all that in favor of getting back to basics.

I won't know if that was a good idea or not until I see the movie for myself.

to tell you wether it is good or not? No offense but why

The reviews coming out of AICN recently are horrid. Harry said it was as much of a tough guy movie as friggin Over The Top. I'm staying the hell away from this movie.

Bah you lied. Your statement gave me some hope as Over the Top was classic trash but after reading the review it sounds like nothing of that ilk. I'll stick with the original Punsiher. Listening to Dolph talk is a movie in itself.
