Wait, "shitty" official controller? You mean the one that goes for around $80 on ebay? I was planning on getting one of those in time for 7th style... is there something else (ther than the $300 deulxe) that I should get instead?

It's a fine controller... If you're willing to open it every once in a while. The keys start to stick after a while, and you need to open the thing to maintain it. It isn't that bad, but I'd still love an ASC.

Good god, shut up about IIDX. The official controller works just fine, I actually prefer it more than the arcade style and judging from his VJ Army signature, if you suck as bad as Tain then you shouldn't really give a flying fuck which controller you're getting.

I'm REALLY looking forward to Twin Snakes, Gradius V, Astro Boy (PS2 and GBA), POKEMON COLOSSEUM, and the Mega Man Collection. Looks like another kickass year.

Sorta. The game is out next month in Europe and this summer in NA. The girl who runs Shining Force Central got a preview copy and is saying good things: Link to SFC

I have not read much because I don't want any spoilers. That might be kinda stupid since I have defeated the original Genesis game.... but there is no need to read too much on the new features since I am already 100% sure I'll buy this new rev.

But has this been given an "official" release date for the States yet? I certainly want this game (along with Metroid Prime 2, etc..) but left them off of my initial list due to not having had release dates for 2004.
