that wallpaper is really nice.. just wish the author would have refrained from adding the stupid text right in the middle of the picture. sign the work if you must, but do so inobtrusively. lots of devaint art stuff suffers from the same problem..

Cka; how do you set the start menu and bar at the bottom to appear like that?
As far as I knew, you could either have the horrible green one, which I hate, or the square grey one, which is a bit boring. The one you used looked really good. How do you set it?
