Mine worked fine for some reason, it just added an extra year on my subscription that doesnt take effect until my current one runs out

I'm going to try to get on tonight. Any takers? I also just used my 12 month subscription card to add the 12 months to my XBL account. My account was good until 11/21/04 and after I updated it was good until 7/5/05?!?! That shit ripped me off 4 months worth. I called 800-4MY-XBOX and got some assistance. They are crediting my account the pro rated amount of $18.99.
The moral of the story is, if you are extending an existing account be sure to see that you do actually get a year out of it. I would just wait until the day before your account is supposed to expire and use it then. That way you're sure to get your 12 months from it.

Mine worked the same way Dave it gave me an expiration date on my previous subscription and now when it expires it will pay it adding an extra year automatically. Hopefully I'll some of my problems straightened out and be back to snapping necks and playing Ghost Recon soon. I may go to Latro's Saturday night to play live over there but i'm not positive yet.

This man speaks the truth! We got our asses handed to us last night. We didn't win once as spies, but we did manage to break their Scheimerhorn winning streak.
We did pretty good as mercs, but we were damn horrible as spies. Though when Dave had to tend to his girlfriend and Hiro wasn't on yet, Jed and I whipped on a couple of Dave's friends and made one go cry home to his mommy. Dave, don't forget to tell Lopsided wheat I said he is a pussy!
