Reading this thread again is making me lol @ the people on the first page bitching about stinky people and sweat at the gym. It's like bitching about greasy people in the auto shop/garage.

  2. There are these 2 people at my gym that are the fucking worst. One is this roided out dude who has to be 5'9", 250lbs of pure muscle. The other is this body building chick who used to be a dude, or took way too much testosterone.

It's obvious that these 2 are having an affair, they come to the gym separately and leave separately. When they are there they lay all over eachother, twirl around and make out, feel eachother up, and have literally zero regard for anyone else that is at the gym at the same time. Hell, they even sit in the womans car after leaving the gym to make out, which you can blatantly see when you leave since the always parks right next to the door.

  3. lol take pictures and send it to their home addresses.

  4. I should.

On top of that, the woman is a fucking screamer when it comes to lifting. She's fucking jacked, but no matter what weight she is lifting she grunts/screams like she is being stabbed in the gut with a knife during her last few reps. Then, even if she's lifting 20lbs, which she can easily lift, she drops the weights in exhaustion like it was the hardest set ever, and they typically fly all over hitting benches or other weights.

  5. for gym music and workout music, I recommend european dance music.......

it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...

.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym ....

.... here's a compilation series on itunes that I recommend:

  7. Hey guys, for gym music and workout music I was thinking about getting some European Dance music. Is it a good motivational tool for anybody?

I recommend avoiding free weights like the plague if you're using them to build muscle mass. It's 10X easier to hurt yourself with free weights and the results usually aren't as good either. It really is best to use machines and work every muscle group (if you ignore certain muscle groups you will eventually get injured).

I have two really big annoyances at the gym. First, the douchey wiggers that hang out in the gym all the time with their ipods but never actually do anything. It's not a gay nightclub, it's a gym, if you're not there to work out then fuck off. You're blocking the walkways. Secondly, I hate when people use gym machines as chairs or sit at a machine without using it for 15 minutes. Unless you're taking a 1 minute breather get off the machine so someone else can get a set in.

Oh yeah, I also get annoyed with all the steroid talk. Apparently it's cool to do steroids now because just about every college age kid at my gym spends more time bragging about their steroid regimen than working out.

  9. Yeah. You know that post is 4 years old right?

Mzo has become fat and sluggish
