That doesn't make them less stupid.Folks can buy what they want, when they want, and play it however they want.
I think what you're trying to say is that Rez on a handheld is better than nothing.Would Rez 2, or even the original, be what it could be on a full-fledged console, but it's still better than nothing.
I disagree. I'd rather have nothing. I'd prefer to have nothing.
Having nothing would be less insulting to the original game than this handheld game will ever possibly turn out to be.

I wish I had income so I could pick up the first. : points to sig :
And this on a handheld pisses me off very much. I doubt I'll be buying either, and frankly... No. Rez.. Handheld..![]()
dog$, I was debating whether to change that to "could you quit your anti-handheld...", but opted not to once I saw that you'd already responded to it. Also, yes, I was speaking about Rez, and/or a sequel not being all that it could be on a portable when compared to that same game on a console.
The upside to it though is that the game/series would have a chance to reach a new audience, and if it's released at the beginning of either system's lifespan, it will have a chance of garnering decent sales due to a limited marketplace for the system. In the end, I'd rather see a Rez-style game on a portable than not see a Rez-style on a console.

I hope the DS will have a headphone jack...
Ribbing aside, the situation is probably this: Rez 2 on a handheld, with its success or failure as a measuring stick for the approval of any future installments that may or may not be planned for a console, or no Rez ever again for the forseeable future.
Your vote for the continuation of the series will be cast by whether or not you support this. That may not be your ideal scenario, but it's the truth.
Anti-handheld positions are drip. I agree with Jeremy here. I think that DS and PSP and GBA all have great games to offer and have their own unique qualities to love and cherish.
Mario and Luigi is a nice little game. You should maybe try it guys and everything will come together. Putting a game on the handheld market offer a whole new range of possibilities.
