Next Rez Game to be on PSP or NDS

He must be banking that someone's actually gonna pay attention to putting decent sound on a handheld for once.

You whiney bitches should be happy you're getting another Rez at all, not complaining about which system it's showing up on.

Im gonna try to keep the faith... but have you heard what a handheld sounds like? Seriously. Im guessing PSP will have a good chance of being decent in that area, but still, it's left to question. I dont doubt that he can bring his vision to the small screen. He is a man of integrity it seems, and Im sure he wouldnt do it unless he felt it was quality. Also, I think it would be fantastic to escape into that kind of world while say, waiting for my next class, or standing in line at a fast food joint. I just dont think that even the next round of handhelds will yet be able to handle that kind of game.

Well, going by JUST this tidbit, it won't be a new Rez, as Sega owns the name and stuff, it'd probably be a Rez-like game at most.

I don't know why everyone is so freaking upset about the sound on this thing. It'll be using a DVD medium to record the game data, as well as the sound, which means at the very least the tunes'll be CD quality.

What the Hell is there to worry about?! It seems like you guys are jumping the gun and inventing rediculous reasons and incredulous fears to not love this news.

Andrew, what the hell? I said it'd probably be a Rez-like game. In other words, a spiritual successor to Rez. It's sooooo good to see you fall back on nitpicking again...

CV, those are some great points. Right now, there's no real reason to be worried about how this will turn out due to the hardware of either the DS or the PSP, as no one here has even seen or heard anything on the physical systems. Seeing a clip of a game running on your PC is probably quite different than how you'll see it on the screen.
