  1. This game is damn near impossible to find now.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

  2. Ebay is probably your best bet.
    Time for a change

  3. I think I have a few copies used in my store... I'll check on Monday.

  5. Toys'R'Us near me has a few new copies still.

  6. I lucked-out and scored a straggler new copy at an area EB today.

I'm about five hours into Digital Devil Saga so I'll probably finish that up before I hit Nocturne -- unless someone offers me a good reason why I should play Nocturne first. It seems DDS will be a good primer before I jump into the supposedly much harder Nocturne.

The games have no connection whatsover. The only thing DDS has that references Nocturne in any way whatsover is that

The main character from Nocturne is a hidden boss in the game

And yes, Nocturne is much harder, mainly due to if the main character dies, it's game over. Not only do a lot of enemies cast instant death spells, but equipping the item that lets you learn some of the more powerful skills in the game makes you more suseptible to instant death. I, however enjoyed Nocturne a lot more due to the demon collecting/creation/customization, and the whole atmosphere of the game.

  8. I don't know how difficult this is to find, but play-asia is selling the NTSC version new right now for $44.90.

    Yeah, apparently it was reprinted.

  10. Yup, some Game Stops are getting "used" copies shipped in, should be somewhat easy for anyone who missed this the first time around to give it a chance now.
    All is well.
