You can always wait. It's not going anywhere. And it's not for everyone so even though I liked it, it might not fit your tastes. For instance, I noticed some reviewers took off points because they felt there was too little story. I thought that was odd since I thought there was plenty myself, but then I realized they probably liked FFX where I felt there was so damn much story getting in the way of me actually playing the game. The high encounter rate is kind of annoying, but running away is possible most of the time at normal difficulty.

I'll take my chances, and hearing your commentary on it a while back got me very interested in this game, so I'd like to snag this a.s.a.p.

Atus hasn't changed the date on their site, but EB and GS are both listing the ship date as the 14th now. Just a small delay, but I could see it stretching into next week.

I called my EB once this morning, and just now to verify, and they said it's already marked as shipped, no longer in the computer to look up, and they'll have it tommorrow, because the guy couldn't find it, and it's the same guy I talked to earlier about it.

But the local Gamestop is telling me the 15th?

Forget my last post, I called a different EB, and the date changed at the last minute and it's back up for preorders, I guess.

Okay, now I don't know what the fuck is up. According to this press release-from Atlus themselves-the game has shipped. If this game isn't in EB come Friday, I'm going to be one unhappy customer.

I mean, the EB employees I called were surprised, and the guy I talked to at the other store I called was dissapointed, as he told he was looking forward to it, and he wish Atlus got their act together.

Espically now that it's coming out on a non major release day (Friday? wtf?), it's got an even greater chance of being overlooked by the general public.

I'm still calling tommorrow, just in case they magically get a shipment of them in.
