About friggin' time you got to posting this.
All I can say is I can't wait. Also I didn't have any probs with the second. It was a solid effort. Anbody who can complain about a game as good as SC2 should go play FFX.
According to a French website, it seems like we could be looking forward to Soul Calibur 3 much sooner than we think. In the article, Soul Calibur's producer, Hiorkai Yotoriyama, suggests that Namco has been pondering a third installment of the critically acclaimed fighting franchise.
But before you get too excited, it's still to early to start trying to predict what's in or out as the development team is being very cautious as to how to address the next edition, likely in light of the mixed feelings fans expressed with Soul Calibur 2. Also, it's possible that in addition to any new features, might include the collective input from its fans, which in turn could be integrated into the final version of the game.
We're going to dig a bit deeper on this one and see if Namco USA can shed more light on this. Rest assured, we'll keep our eyes and ears open and keep you posted on any new developments.

That's some questionable French. I guess poor writing is not endemic to the English-speaking Internet.
I hope this one isn't as shitty as number 2. That being said though, I'll buy it anyways.
