You weren't really expecting the Megaman RPG to be great, were you? I would've back during the 16-bit days but the only good Megaman series right now is Zero. Well, technically you could include Legends since they haven't screwed it up yet but they also seem very reluctant to touch it again (although with their current track record that might not be a bad thing). I'm also pretty sure I had already read average scores for Second Sight although I can't remember where.

The scores for Battlefront and Katamari Damacy are promising and the 0.0 for the Guy Game is just funny. I'm actually intrigued enough to try that pathetic attempt but in no way do I want to spend any actual money on it. Maybe Monopoly money. Maybe.

I think Game Informer gave it an average review, which basacially summed up the game as "Psi Ops did it first and better and it's cheaper, just buy that".

I was/am hoping Command Mission would be good, mainly because it is developed by the team that made Dragon Quarter. Plus, the previews I read have been positive.

You're right about Zero - it's really really good. It's a shame that many people are too "megamaned out" to enjoy it, but I guess that's Capcom's own fault.

I'm hoping they just 'didn't get' Under the Skin, that looked really cool and unique.

The graphics are quirky but the novelty wears off after 20 minutes when you realise just how mind-numbingly repetitive the game is.

I can go into more detail if you want, but I'd suggest a rental before purchase.

Well even you would have to admit that their track record in the 2D action genre is impecable.

Anyway, craig seems kind of obsessed with the slowdown issue to the exclusion of all else in that review. I wasn't bothered by the slow down in AB, hopefully it's a non-issuefor me here too.

But the fact that this guy rated the game lower than Altered Beast: Guardian of the Realm is pretty sad.

I guess this is a shame but eh..I read the latest previews on it and the look of the main character just threw me off. I dunno about you but the main character just looks absolutely disturbing. Maybe the Timesplitters artstyle is just getting a wee-bit tired.

Shameful scores. Then again I hated this game ever since it was first announced for GBA and not PS2 or Gamecube or any "capable" system. Granted Astroboy does rock but..eh...handheld systems just bug me in general.

Well this could at least be considered a sign of things to come, maybe Treasure will actually consider doing real sequels to their games? Hell I hope so at least so maybe I could get Gunstar Heroes 2.(Then again I'd be happy with a Light Crusader 2, very underrated game imo).

Best advice: Just play Guardian Heroes on the Saturn.
