They BETTER rename one of the college students Bobaganoush or I'll personally be sending a complaint to Kenny Blankenship.
The new season of Spike TV's MXC (Most Extreme Elimination Challange) starts tonight with the 'almost live' special at 10 PM. What is the 'almost live' special? It's basically a promotional episode where they re-built some of the event sets (Including Log Drop, Wall Bangers, and Window Pain) in Orlando, Florida, got some college students together, and put Tony Hawk in charge of them (in place of Captain Tenneal). Basically, it's an American-made episode of MXC. After that, we get the broadcast of the first official new season 2 episode of MXC, with more Vic and Kenny goodness and crazy Japanese people almost killing themselves. Should be great.![]()

Awesome. I've been waiting to see a new episode for awhile.
That was pretty awesome.
That one dude who was upside down trying to stick onto the wall was awesome.
It seemed A LOT easier than the old version. They were scoring left and right.
I saw the last five minutes of the episode after Angel (sweet episode, BTW) was over, and it sucked white ass ball.
So they are going back to the old style next episode? Damn, now my angry rant won't fit in. At least that means MXC Season 2 won't suck though, so that's good news.
Yeah, regular episodes start next week. I thought it was pretty funny episode. The shit they said about the bra-less big tittied skank was pretty damn funny, and Babagonush made an appearance. Some pretty good wipeouts made for a solid show too.
It was amusing for a one-time thing, but I'm happy the regular Japanese episodes start up again next week. I did like how they added in the Vic/Kenny/Guy/Captain footage, and how they dubbed everyone, even the college kids. I cracked up when the one guy was like, "It doesn't matter what I say, I'll be overdubbed anyway!".
Rumpy was right about the big titted chick, that was pretty funny. Nice to see Babaganoosh return as well.
However, the events looked SO much easier than their Japanese counterparts, especially Log Drop. The fucking logs looked like they barely rolled when you stepped on them.
Like I said, cool, but no match for the Japanese made episodes. I can't wait until next week.

I can't believe the kid that smashed his head in log drop didn't get number 1. He ate that shit for breakfast (with the side of his face). Seemed like the logs would change resistance or something...one guy made that shit spin so fast he got tossed off while others could just hop and it wouldn't even roll.
Wow... I guess England is way ahead when it comes to this programme. Here it goes by its actual name, Takeshi's Castle, seeing as it features Beat Takeshi in it. We've seen pretty much every single episode, as I believe Series 1 was 40 episodes, Series 2 was 60, and then Series 3 went pretty random, including ones set at the beach, or on snow and so on, plus various others where everyone was in fancy dress, or with their kids, and such.
Awesome programme it is.
