Heh, I'm just taking a break for now since I have some schoolwork to write up. Very light and expected spoiler.I picked up the 3 keys, killed the 3 headed worm boss and Samus went all crazy and got the Dark Suit. At first, it really feels like a shitty accessory, especially since you go threw all the trouble to find those 3 keys, but you really love having it around later on.

I'm in Torvus Bog now, sort of feels like the Tallon Overworld in the first. 46% scans so I got the art gallery too.

  2. Bump, even though it's only been unanswered for like 6 hours.

Got pretty far tonight, I'm not in a cylinder room with spinning platforms and a deep murky pool. The first thing I noticed when walking in the room was the music. Maridia! =D I'm stuck, but at least there's some good beats to drown in. Wooo.

If anyone's at that part, let me know how you reached the 2 higher terminals underwater. I only hit the first one. =(

Take the dark beam door from under water....you have to spin the floor and take both the blue and the red paths to gain access to the scanner points in the main hydrodynamo chamber. This will gain you the access to the secure area (hidden door on the very bottom.

Oh yeah...don't leave this area too soon...you'll need to really explore it before you leave.

I picked up the Spider ball tonight...after entering a whole new area...which looks very cool! Torvus Bog seems a little bogged down compared to this new area and Agon Wastes...It's so much more confusing....I was glad to be able to leave it finally.

Thanks, I'll get right to it. I forget if the dark door is easy to access but I'll see in a minute. I'm really surprised at how MP2 still keeps that "ambience" from the first one, and makes it feel very different and not "more of the same" like we all claimed it would be.

Am I far from the Spider Ball? I'm starting to see it everywhere, that and I'm pretty sure I'll need some gravity adjustment for the water soon, since its getting on my nerves.

could some please answer my question?(above quote)

darn, now dj's blown past me. I have no freaking time for games anymore. My little month-long fiesta seems to be coming to a close.

Nah nah nah, I'm sure you'll be ahead of me by Tuesday or so, I just had alot of free time today. And put Halo 2 down, there are other games out there.

I don't think I've played halo 2 since...well I guess I can check huh. Nov. 17th. One game. Real Life is starting to happen again.

  9. Well I played all weekend and made it to the Sanctuary. I picked up all three keys at the sanctuary and I'm now facing off against one of the coolest bosses in the game so far. Wait till you guys see him, and the fight itself is very impressive. Get ready to use all your skills.

I can't believe how long this game is, it just keeps on giving. I recently got 80% scans so I must be getting close to the end.

In case you're still stuck here:
Go down to the very bottom of the room, there's a console down there to scan. This will extend a platform near the dark door. You're not too close to the spider ball, I'm a bit past where you are and still don't have it... you are close to something that makes water travel easier (the room that should be displaying a "?" on your map at the point you're at), though.

Why don't any other current gen games have anywhere near this games' level of craft, design, and detail? I mean, Xbox in particular is capable of way more than GC technically, yet this game easily destroys anything it's offered so far graphics-wise. The visual excellence of this game really exposes how little developers are really taking advantage of current-gen consoles' capabilities.
