Not that I've heard of, this game looks much better imo, but it never gave me any seizures or the like.
The original Prime was the only game that's ever given me motion sickness. I remember reading that the developers were aware there was some kind of problem with the first one and they were taking steps to change that. Did they succeed?

Look at the previews of Resident Evil 4 and compare that to any game available today before saying that GameCube has already hit it's peak.
I just got the screw attack, took me like an hour to get the hang of screw jumping across a gap. There's something insanely fun and addictive about doing it, I find myself looking for previously unreachable ledges just so I can jump across the screen to them. Now that I'm well past the halfway point I can say for certain that this is one of the best games ever made, the best game of this generation, and the best Metroid game ever.
'Just finished the game. Comments: Fucking A. This game's got mad style, especially towards the end where Samus dies and resurrects with Dark Samus's phazon suit.
Just kidding, but the end is equally as cool. =D
Be careful man, don't let DiffX and his legion of Anti-Nintendo commandos hear you. Or they will flame you with the quickness!Originally Posted by SpoDaddy

I wouldn't let all of this get to you so much. One of the things I like about TNL is that there are plenty of people here with strong opinions and they know exactly what they like. Sometimes they might go overboard but most times they bring some valid points to the table and it's always good to hear someone elses opinions, you don't have to agree with it but you don't have to outright disagree with it either.
This is an area to have a discussion and you will read all sorts of opinions. While I don't agree with what everyone says it's the reason why I keep coming back. As long as you don't take anything personally there is no reason why you can't have a discussion with anyone, at the end of it all if you still dissagree it doesn't mean you've wasted your time as long as you considered others arguments seriously you can walk away knowing that you are happy with your opinion and that you know all angles of the debate/argument.
I see a lot of hatred towards opinionated individuals for no other reason than the fact that they don't agree with your individual opinion which just seems useless to me. You come here to have a disscussion yet if any one brings a different perspective the insults start to fly.
Personally I enjoy reading everyones opinion, I might not post much but I do read everyones opinion and value their input. However it is frustrating to see subjects not pertaining to the threads title as well as pure and simple attacks between each other. Sometimes I get a chuckle from some witty retort, it is not why I visit the thread.
So DiffX, Slip, MVS and all others who continually seem to get a lot of hate thrown their way lately, remember that some of us still like to read your posts as long as they are thread related and not insulting other forum goers.
Back to Metroid I tried playing a bit yesterday but my wife wouldn't have it. I was looking for a fifth temple key. I wish they would highlight the clues that you've already found cause I found a few before I really started looking and now I'm left wondering which ones I should really be going after.
Any tips on how to proceed?

I really like the screw attack too....but the coolest use for it is wiping out those hacker droid things... one hit and they're gone...even if the shield is up =)Originally Posted by SpoDaddy

Yeah it really works well with pirates too if you can time it well. One hit kills.

If you go to the Temple Key Entrance in the Dark World, there are a bunch of pillars around the main portal, giving hints. One of the last sentinels of Luminoth left them all around the room. It's really helpful since I was going to give up last night until I checked the room and found a bunch of clues.Originally Posted by dyomides
The trick to anyone who doesn't know how to get the keys:
-The keys are only in the Dark World, so no point checking anywhere else.
-Needless to say, the Dark World is maybe 1/10th of the Light World, so its realy easy.
-Check around using the Dark V, then when you find one of those floating vessels shoot it once, then go back to the combat visor. You should be fine.
Actually if you walk around in the light world with the dark visor you can see the outline of the vessel in the dark world. To access it you can only get to it in the dark world however but at least you know they will be there.
Also I already have those clues but I don't know which four I already picked up, which is why I was asking if you knew if there was a way of knowing which of the keys you already picked up since I already have four without ever having looked at the clues and I can't remember where I got them. I guess I'll just have to do it by elimination.
Thanks anyways,
