Hobgoblin isn't Harry Osbourne though. He's Green Goblin #2. I think Hobgoblin is just another person altogether.

Plus that whole movie is just setting up Venom for the next. It wouldn't be a good idea to devote an entire movie to the setup of another (if it's not encapsulated in itself). A couple loose ends is fine, but your whole scenario would pretty much weaken the GG2 themed third movie.
I think GG2 would make an awesome story.

Of course, if there was more than one villian in the sequel, then I could deal with one of them being GG2. Having two villians in the sequel would work well, actually, because you wouldn't have to waste too much time on GG2's backstory, it's already been done. You could set up the other guy, and then get the story rolling.

More than one super villain is going into Batmanville.
Yes, that's cretainly a risk, but it can be done right.Originally Posted by pixelassassin
What would REALLY fuck it up was if they gave Spidey, say, two sidekicks as well. And nipples.

I saw it a couple nights ago. Great fucking movie. Chabon is one of my favorite writers and he helped make this movie a lot better than the first (not that the first was bad).
My only complaint would be that Kirsten Dunst looks a little busted at times, and I'm not a big fan of hers in general, but still, easily one of the top 3 movies I've seen this year.
