I played some good games with Prince Planet Saturday & Sleevboy over the weekend. In my experience so far, as long as you stick to opponents with Exellent ratings, the matches are pretty much lag free. It isn't perfect, but it isn't game destroying like I thought it would be.

I played some guys with good ratings and it was choppy at first then improved. I'm sure it's better thean CVS2 on the whole.

Finally got some Live play in. On Good, it was a bit laggy, and on excellent, there was no lag. Fun as Hell online to.

Glad to hear some people say that the lag isn't so bad. I may pick this up in a bit, but still don't have Live. Fable delayed that for a bit. But I'm still looking forward to playing this game and building some skill again for online.

Soundwave and I had some fun matches last night (mostly him kicking my ass). I was disappointed to find out you that you get NO VOICE when using an arcade stick in one port while the pad + headset is plugged into the other.

Now I have to get a stick with its own expansion port (playing without trash talking --even when losing -- is pointless). I'm sure such a stick was id'd somewhere in this thread, but a quick reference would be appreciated.

There isn't a non-custom stick or converter on the market that does this to my knowledge :<

Yes, there is. It's called the Pelican Real Arcade Universal stick, and it has a port specificly for xbox live headset (says so in the manual). You can even swap the stick and buttons for real arcade parts if you are so inclined. It's a very nice stick as is though.
